Isn’t it possible for rb to be too fast?

ive always been a run first play. Not talking about wham, pitch, dive, stretch, just run in general. Mostly always used power backs but ideally with some speed. CJ2k is good and hits occasionally home run but also strikes out. so far in WL I feel like Bettis was better for me in past weeks. Running same O-line. Maybe I need to switch the types of runs I’m using. Or am I better off staying with the runs I like and going back to Bettis and using CJ2k as change of pace. Or sell him and use LT or mccafrey(nat) as change of pace

LOL that’s the only play cj2k seems to be good at

What’s a hole? Is that the three defenders I juke with a spin move on HB toss from tight slots?

When you hit the hole remember: slow to it, fast through it. Be patient, see the hole develop and turbo as you're running through it

Stupid question but what does left trigger do on it’s own?  I avoid right trigger until I’m in space and use LT for precision moves like spin, hurdle & juke...is this the stutter step?

That's the Le'veon Bell technique and it works great for him.

If you're using a quicker back yeah try pressing LT as was mentioned above and let those blocks and holes develop. It also does depend on your runs. Try Freeman if you can afford him he's been awesome with every type of run. I still use Bo and Bell for inside zones, dives and draws. Bell is the draw god.

2015 combine CJ2K, with like 102 speed and 101 acc, couldnt run traps bc my oline was just too slow, id run into their backs, could only consistently run pitch/sweep/counters.

i was using 98 lt...after i maxed him out....but i went back to bo..for his trucking....i thought lt was too fast to hit holes.....i have sanders at 3rd down.... he is so quick to the outside.... seems quicker than others no matter what the stats say

I never had this issue with bo, LT, Bettis, Vick or any other back. Cj2k is just too fast I think for certain plays...or maybe he needs faster lineman. But then ur giving up other stuff

On tosses yes I am and hasn’t been a problem but no I don’t on plays like  inside zone or hb base or counter or dive.

IF I CHOose to sell him it will b to use coins elsewhere not pick up another rb since I have Bettis, 98 LT and mccafrey

Nikelz81

Not nessacarily out running them but definitly getting to the hole faster than I should and bumping into them way too often. And that’s without using turbo. Bettis and Tomlinson r obviously slower but I feel more holes opened for them probably cuz they gave the line that extra split second to make block

Magkneezum

If you can afford it.. go Melvin Gordon.. I have him powered up, but his base FB is fine too... He's a good combo of speed, spin and elusiveness... As far as being too fast? Yeah.. if you're constantly out running your blockers, that probably doesn't help..
