Pocket passers vs mobile quarterbacks?

I played with Rodgers in DC and he’s by far the best QB I’ve seen. The proper mix of both. 

I think the ability to move the pocket is crucial especially against blitz heavy defenses.

I do too, in Madden and in real life.

i got 98 tom brady with 94 tad on my squad, plays great for me, rarely misses throws, but i wonder if vick would be more effective, but everytime i face vick he always fumbles... am i the only one who prefers pocket passers?
