Anybody know why Patrick Mahomes Power up is priced so high on xbox?

Did somebody with a lot of coin buy up all the Patrick Mahomes Power ups and then raise the prices? Or is Mahomes coming out with a new card or something?

I was just wondering if anybody knew why.
