Anyone Know A Fix For This To Get Loyalty Rewards?
My son won’t get his cause when he got his xbone a few months ago he created a dif EA account with a dif email than on his ps4 (instead of asking his pops for help) and Madden 16, 17 and 18 he played on ps4.
So his Madden 16, 17 and 18 are linked to his EA ps4 account under a different email than his EA xbone account.
Advice? I called EA support and they were confused, maybe it was my proper English with southern accent idk

Yeah i thought of all that and my concern is since he did the ea access trial and has already had some good pulls and boosts to his team on his current gamertag on xbone that he will lose all that if he merged to his ps4. Not too mention his HOF pre-order is linked to this GT so i figure best thing is he just take the L on the Loyalty rewards and march on as there seems to be no simple fix.

you need to use the same EA account on Xbox and PS4 . My pc PS4 Xbox all use the same EA account so they are linked
maybe tell EA to unlink the Xbox account with the wrong ea account, then link to the right one
Incorrect. Read the blog. If u play on xbox 16,17 and ps4 18, you still get it but has to be under the same EA EMAIL ACCOUNT
