MUT Management is responsible for generating income. As long as they are still raking in $80 million and these mess ups are not costing them $$, then by all means keep the management. They have obviously lowered the quality control team to nearly nothing, so that makes the $80 million even more profit. Why make a change at the management level?

Not really luck of the draw, since these will always happen during the daily release times. It's more like the limited time packs that release when you are not available.

and here I was stewing all weekend at how incompetent EA Website Support is because they screwed me out of players I was to be granted cus of their mistake.
The frat mentality listed above is what I felt with the last two EA "Advisers" I worked with when one said, "take a print screen and show me in where we said we would give you back the right ranked players." I mean, they had the chat log right there that they can read.
This was my first incident with EA Support and I felt brushed off.
Now I know, its a community wide issue.
As big of a company as EA is, and how much money they make without having any policies.... sounds like some investigative reporter should have this on their radar.

They just got me for 13k in snow i talked to them and they wont give me the training which should have been 26 k in training.
