Power up refunds make all the sense in the world :)
Imagine going to the store, buying something, and you have it for a day. You put it back in the box perfectly and you take it to the store. You talk to the manager and he says: "I am very sorry that you didn't like the product. You can have a partial refund, or in-store credit".
Would you let that happen? YES! It is absolutely fair: the product is now legally "used / secondhand" by definition.
You shouldn't get every single training point back: it's awesome that we get some form of refund - and way better than the system in MUT18.
It is ACTUALLY encouraging you to try more cards by not taking all your training points away from you.

This way: anyone who powers up a card, then no longer needs it, can at least get something back :)
