This is happening a fair bit tbh and I've been making a few coins off it. Someone sold a Grimes for 40k when he QS'd for 60k, couple of Butkers I got for 20k and QS'd for 40k, and an AJ Bouye I think I got for 200k and he QS'd for 230k.

this happens in every game. i bought cards in MLB The Show to start this year non-stop for 1 to 5 stubs (their version of coins) which quicksold for 50. i'd then immediately buy a ten pack box for 10,000 after 45mins work. with the fact that at the start of the game, packs were ALWAYS profitable if you waited, i got a 99 vlad with the first three weeks using this method (basically bo).
if you really hustle, you can easily profit in all these games. if you put some $ AND you hustle? holy moly will you have a god squad fast.
he's up for like 522k which after fees is like 30k less than the 500k discard
