Are MHC raffles worth it?

They are definitely worth it if you win.

How do you do that?  I'd like to know how to turn my MHC into something tangible.

Like any gamble it's worth it if you win

Depends, it's more of a gamble and the card is NAT. You can get some good cards if you get lucky. I prefer to use it as money for trading rather than the gamble myself.
