I thought that block shedding was generally how well a player sheds a block to stop a rusher and finesse/power moves were a players ability to shed a block in pursuit of the qb? If I am wrong does anyone know any thresholds for blockshedding ?

i'd put the dline with RS and OLBs with PR if anything.

Thinking of switching as well. I run pass rush at the moment and the 99 power moves look nice and all but I used to always be a block shed guy. I think I just made my decision while typing this lol.

If your choosing between the two, I'd go pass rush because most players pass more than they run. Just keep in mind that there are some players whose entire offense is built on running, so there is that.
