Keep or sell Vick?

I have Vick maxed out with conductor ability 92 ovr. 

I just pulled NAT 87 Russell Wilson and i kinda wanna power him up and sell Vick. 

I lose out on 900 Training and half Training for powering him down all the way. 

Is it worth selling Vick and is Russ at an 88 good?

Vick is better. Wilson is like a shorter version of Gatorade Cam
