EA Access download error madden 19 anyone else?

This has gone on all day with no resolution. Calling EA is a joke. Was on the phone over hour and half. First it was my xbox I was told. NOPE! 2nd was told it is a microsoft issue. NOPE! I can download every single trial but madden 19 ea access has to offer. Help!

No vault till summer... usually just after the sbb program

Should be back up, believe it said 630 - 730 est. hopped on before work to throw up a couple cards
