That’s what I thought at the time. Especially when he said the tokens were the currency - I immediately thought it was probably left over snow because its a Dev account.

The only promo I could even see a new currency being implemented is Easter and we are quite a ways off from that.

Relisten to it and he says the welcome pack:
“Introduces you to that concept of GOTY Collectables - these are sorta that currency you’re gonna be using to get yourself into more of these TOTY players”.
So maybe that greyed out section tells you how many collectables you have?
Wouldn’t necessarily panic about another ‘snow’ type currency right now.
Hell, thats a Dev account - maybe they have snow still on there and they didn’t want to wind up the community.

I think it was just a figure of speech. That in this promo the currency is those collectables.
Good catch, I didn't think TOTY would have a currency but my guess is they are also prepping for SB and there's a SB currency
