I looked at PFF before I posted and prior to this year he was still only # 5, he had a better year last year the PFF ratings were based on last year so IMO he did not improve his status hence the reason why I disagree with him getting back to back TOTY cards. Stats were down this year but same result is why I am saying it should have been someone else.
This should have been Eddie Jackson. Best FS in the NFL this year. Unfortunately they gave him playoff. I ain’t mad though, at least he has a PU now

Running a theme team I cannot blame you lol , as a Titan's fan though do you not feel his production dipped this year and this was more of a tribute to his performance last year?
It’s not an exciting card, but he’s also one of the best safeties in football, so I’m fine with it. Anybody whose knowledge of the game extends beyond googling “Kevin Byard stats” knows that he’s establishing himself as an elite player.
I was hoping for Kazee since he had the most picks of any safety and tied for the most picks at any position. I doubt he would be a pack seller and I am also biased due to being a Falcons fan.
Byard is a solid choice.

Nnamdi Asomugha had what many believe to be the GOAT season for a CB in 2008 despite only having one INT that year. He was so fucking amazing that opposing QBs just didn’t even try to throw it to the guy he was covering (only 27 targets against him for the entire season) which obviously resulted in very few opportunities to try to pick off a pass.
They play different positions, nice try. Safeties are not matched up in coverage the same way CB's are, Asomugha> Byard

If we’re going to complain about this years stats why is Desmond king or even Gilmore and even Kyle Fuller have cards over Xavien Howard yes Kyle is tied with him in ints but Howard missed the last two games and played for a defensive coordinator in Matt Burke who could teach kids not to mention he had 3 games with two picks in them and picked of Tom Brady in one game twice
