With this season coming to a close, I've been thinking about previous Maddens. I pulled crazy limited things like 3 Deion Sanders in M15 cornicopia packs and GT Calvin Johnson #100/100 in 15, boss Dawkins and LTD Vincent Jackson in 16, and GT NTL last season. You know what these all had in common? I was a pharmaceutical chemist and a professor during 15, 16, and 17 so I bought packs like a mofo. I feel dirty thinking about it.
Now onto 18. I had a pretty bad mid life crisis last summer so M18 was no money spent. This year's LTD pulls: zero. Nada. Zilch. It wasn't for lack of trying. I've pulled thousands of packs with coins. I've sank millions upon millions into packs and the ONLY good pull of the year was UL 95 Calvin in the 5 gold badge set the day he was released. I'm not saying my luck sucks because I didn't spend money, but the evidence is pretty persuasive.
