Training Points For RP‘s In MUT19?

Correct me if I’m wrong but we will NOT be able to use training points on the RP cards right? I mean it makes sense not being able to as thier overall goess up as they get higher ovr cards but yet this training points system is new so idk.

I’m thinking they may have more tiers added as the card upgrades, like a second chem or an ability

They go up 1 tier just to add chem to them.

Only players you can upgrade with training are one’s with purple outlines/ icons on their card art (which I think are only power up players and the legend captains).I highly doubt any of the rookies are power ups
