TOTW keenan allen?

He doesn't get to 94 with tier 4 PTR, but that shouldn't stop you from picking him up.  He was in my lineup from when he dropped until this past week when I got Warfield.  In time I had him, I used him at WR1, 2 and 3 eventually leaving him at WR2.  For me, he didn't seem to have the "dropsies" like some other receivers and the PTR boosts helped him break a lot of tackles, turning short and medium passes into long gains.  I don't think that you'll be disappointed picking him up.

thinking about grabbing him for the slot whenever his CPOY NFL Honors card drops.

anybody have any experience with him? was also curious as to whether or not he reaches a 94 overall with PTR tier 4, which i would have him at.
