Lavonte David Reviews?
absolute monster. He has made some ridiculous plays in coverage. Saves a sure touchdown on stretch and toss plays at least once a game. And also does surprisingly well in blitzing.
Love him...I had Brooks for months and updraded when TOTY dropped. David makes twice as many plays for me. ST is the real deal, just let him do his thing.
I splurged on him... And was using a lower (than 93) Brooks before that. Have to say that I do love him. Especially in coverage. He has made some decent picks for me, and is active in the run game. He plays like you would expect out of 95 coverage linebacker with 91+ zone. He has good speed, and his PRC/AWR don't hurt either! Can rush the passer if needed, but obviously not his strong suit. He hasn't flashed a TON for me.. but probably more to do with my scheme than anything else. Next to TOTY Wagner and Deion Jones - they make a great coverage team for the LB unit!
I've been rolling with 93 Derrick Brooks for a few months now and he has been great but I am thinking of upgrading. Lavonte David looks pretty good with that ST chem. Is he worth the 320k price tag?
