I have to agree that gameplay and load times on the Xbox one x are a night and day difference. And I’m naturally a skeptic.

I notice the load times. $150 vs $500 for improved load times though? Not worth it. Even if you have loads of money laying around. Won't improve latency in games from my experience. Lag is lag. Which Xbox you have won't fix it.

Definitely a noticeable improvement, particularly in load times! Worth it, X1X is awesome.

Quote from Holtrp >> It is demonstrably better on Xbox One X. Load times for solos are cut in half, gameplay is much smoother on the X. I wasn't expecting that much of a gameplay difference as I always thought that the internets was the bottleneck in H2H performance but that just hasn't been my experience. I still have my One S and play on it quite a bit. On a blind test, I am sure I could tell you in 2 minutes of H2H which system I am playing on.
The box alone is amazing purely based on its processing speeds. External SSD does speed things up. Graphics are pretty similar. Shadows are the most noticeable. Game play to me still feels about the exact same. If you got the extra cash, I would say it is worth it based alone on how much faster loading screens/auction house is. Graphically not a whole lot more impressing. I've had it hooked up to both 1080p monitor and a 4k monitor. The 4k for madden isn't very noticeable. Lights/Darks being the biggest difference. Other games are a massive difference however!

You can get faster load times by using an external SSD on your existing xbox, if you don't want to drop the money. I've searched all over for clips of the game in 4K HDR on youtube, but none of them are actually recorded in HDR like they say. My TV never activates it. I was really interested in seeing how different it looked since I finally upgraded my TV. If you don't have a 4k tv, it's probably not worth it.
As stated earlier the load times are much faster. I haven't noticed a big difference in gameplay, and the graphics are noticeably better but nothing groundbreaking. All in all its worth it for the processing speed by itself.
That's awesome! Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely pick up the X then since I'm on the MUT daily.
