Barkley doesn't seem as fast as when I first got him...

When i PU Barkley to 98 he was very fast, but now he seems to be slow ...anyone else think that initially the new players you get perform great and then they just turn average? LOL or perhaps i'm just use to his speed now. Although to fix the speed problem I my back up is 98 Mostert and he is faster than Barkley.

I was thinking the same thing about my 98 speed Lockett, but as people have pointed out, defenses are getting faster.

Everyone else is faster. You have DTs with about 90 speed now and LBs with mid 90s speed

I think you're more used to it. Plus the defenses get more and more stacked with 99 speed guys. This probably makes your players seem slower as well.
