Creative Idea? Yes or no?

So I was talking to a friend yesterday about how hockey ultimate team (HUT) allows you to adjust your chem. For example, if I had a player from the Flames, Flyers and Caps, the chemistry wouldn't be 100%. In HUT, you're able to buy a team chem changer essentially, which allows them all to be from one team. EX: Change all their chems to Flyers, instead of having 3 different teams. Doing that, it increases the chem percentage to 100%. How has that not been implemented in madden?

On a different, but similar note, HUT also allows you to switch your position. Say you want a guy who is a LW originally and want to change him to a RW, you can do so. They should implement this same thing in Madden. Obviously, they should keep the groups separated (EX: LBs with LBs, WR with WRs etc). I just think it would be a cool idea to implement this into Madden. It's simple, and on top of that, it allows for more flow of coins in the game. The individual chems such as GD and MTS shouldn't be allowed to be change. However, they do need to review which players get what chems. Toughness is no doubt the most useless of them all. Don't give Andrew Luck toughness. Give him GD. But that's another issue. Let me know what you guys think.

I dont think the team chems should be merged.  Part of the fun of the team chems is using actual players from that team.  I do like the multiple team chem deion thing though.  Its a nice way to add an extra flavor to a card while also recognizing that fans from all the teams of that players career might be interested in one.

I totally agree on the positions, theres no real reason a guy couldnt be moved from RE to LE or ROLB to LOLB.  Yes, in real football there would be an adjustment period and they would struggle until they figured it out but the game can just assume weve done all of that and move right to them being effective at either spot.  Its one of the things I hate about the oop penalties, I just feel it doesnt apply at certain positions and shouldnt exist moving a guy from left to right.  If were using a safety as a cb or a tackle as a guard I get the penalties, theyre a little different and not every player can make the switch.  Ive never heard of an end or olb that couldnt play both sides, and in todays nfl they often do rotate them around.  Most defensive players can do multiple jobs in one game with no loss of awareness.  Were even starting to see this on the oline.  Teams are really starting to build around versatility and being able to mix the lineman up if need be.  Not as uncommon as it used to be to see a guy play 2-3 oline spots over the course of one year.

position change would be OP. Chem change would be cool if it weren't team chems. It'd be cool if you could change take toughness for example and put in another chem

Suhdudessss

I agree with the chem think but the position changer is to much.  Like in nhl there’s not much of a difference between left and right wing.  And in fifa Which has it, theres not much of a difference between right mid and right wing.  Football positions are much more precise.  Like players that play outside linebacker in real life would be bad at inside linebacker, and players that play tackle would be bad at guard.  I also like how in fifa you can improve chem by playing with ur team.
