I always blitz the MLB and the CB on the non-trips side of the field. They typically throw it right away and it's an easy pick or deflection if you need those

The more pressure you send, the quicker and more wildly they will chuck the ball up.
When referring to solo's just know that every single solo is unique and could have some ridiculous back end coding so that whatever EA wants happens.
This is specific to solos. In MUT17 in any situation where the CPU is throwing a hail mary and I'm running Man Up 3 Deep I would always user the MLB and blitz the QB and I would consistently get sacks regardless of difficulty level. So far in MUT18 I think I've only been able to do this once and it was only because it was an outlier type of situation. In the vast majority of cases the QB throws it before I ever have a chance of getting anywhere close, even if I'm not blocked at all and have a huge gap to get straight to him.
Did something change? I thought it might have been due to my MLB's just not having good enough stats when I was first getting started. But after building up my team some more I still never seem to get the sack. OOP Tomlinson should have enough speed.
