question about flashback sets.

I believe you can get the new ones if you wait to open them.

no you can also get new ones, many people use that strategy btw

in the set description - “turn in tokens to earn 1 elite flashback player (88-92 OVR)”. 

if i were to do the set prior to the new flashback set being available, would i be limited to only previous cards released (88-92) or new ones as well?
