Matt Ryan (For obvious reasons and the fact that he doesn't have a PU. This is assuming he doesn't get a LTD card)
Devonta Freeman and/or Tevin Coleman
Grady Jarrett
Broncos
Von Miller
MAYBE Peyton Manning
Don't be surprised to see a new Talib or T.J. Ward, given how Harris has already received a vet card
Ravens
Joe Flacco
Panthers

Luke Kuechly (maybe)
