do a divisional promo where you take 3 players from each team and create them with the team chem of another team in their division. all theme teams would get 3 new cards from their division to play with.
called it the evil twin promo or something....would be fun, especially if they weren't cards that had powerups....all 96s maybe, but we got some new fun cards to use.
