Got a warning?

I got something saying I’m in trouble for coin distribution, no action was taken tho. I don’t really understand. I buy and then rage sell golden tickets back. I do give away coins to people that need help quite frequently but never really in mass quantities. I haven’t bought coins or bet a lot on games.
