I went against an idiot who had Moss 100. I did the classic send 7 and user, ended up getting a pick 6 (first pick 6 on Moss 100), but he went over the line of scrimmage when he threw, so there was a flag. I obviously declined the flag, but on the next drive his Moss 100 was still activated. Shouldn't it be the other way, since if I decline the flag the play took place?
