Gran Turismo Sport might be what you're after. I still play it from time to time. Still actively updated with new tracks and vehicles. Pretty fun just a massive grind
Based upon a little research Gran Turismo kept turning up as a top review but is several years old? Massive grind in what way?

earning credits to upgrade your vehicles. And also buying vehicles. It came out in 2017 but gets monthly updates
I won’t be getting Madden 21 but I’d consider getting some sort of racing game which has a dynasty/ongoing racer/team type mode, perhaps with online competitions. I’ve never bought a racing game before, any recommendations?
