That's what that little orange bar under the o line men is ! Only way to clear the meter is to switch out that player in that position for a play. Its basically the ai learning the pass rush pattern from a specific rusher ( in other words learning which rush move you will do the most and when) and building resistance against it so the pass rush is less effective from that particular rusher.
