Which cards can you put abilities on?
Need to power those up too. Madden 21 is putting a emphasis on power ups this year. You can put abilities on legends. and high core elites Also, though the abilities will prolly suck and be meaningless

How high do the core elites need to be before they take abilities? I have Von Miller at 86 and he can't take abilities.
I've noticed that you can't put abilities on core elites unless you power them up. Can you put abilities on program cards like TOTW, Ultimate Kickoff etc?
