EA Play Rewards Help!
If you are on PS4 there is a known issue with the reward packs. They are working on the internal issue and they will be granted as soon as it is fixed. This is what I was just told by EA help this morning.

Hey guys, currently going through the process with EA to get my missing rewards.... Anyone been through this?
What were they? As in what were the packs? And what's the reward called? They're asking and don't seem to know.
