I logged on to Madden just now and the first thing that popped up was a screen saying I have been banned for cheating and then click proceed and the next screen tells me I am accused of violating the coin distribution policy and permanently suspended. I have never bought, sold or otherwise traded coins in any other fashion. The screen said that I could find the details of why I am suspended (banned) in an email, which has failed to show up in my email inbox (or spam). Has anyone else encountered the problem of being randomly banned? Again, I have never manipulated the coins, I only buy and sell on the AH using the console or app. 100% of my coins have come from this alone and playing the content. Thanks all.
