What is going on?

Trying to play today after a hiatus so to speak bc this game is bullshit and all my fast player are moving like they have a turf in their pants. My defenders will randomly run to side line mid play. My QB is missing check downs/quick throws for pick sixes while my guys are wide open no one within 5 yards just inaccurate bullet passes. Table routes can not be thrown. I’m also getting crazy button delay can’t adjsut on D most times even tho internet is fine. Only could stomach 2 games.
