Series 2 in less than 1 month of release.
Trying to grab for more money on those level up deals.
You take a bigger ripoff from coin packs(they’re not even trying to hide this scam anymore) and a trash game that has been patched 4 times, twice with more broken stuff and a growing disdain towards the game by the day. You seriously would be hard pressed to name one improvement in this game. The rats in Orlando know they need to grab for money as soon as possible To try to save their jobs.

You are right, here are the dates from previous years:
madden 19 release: Aug 7 series 2 = Sept 21 series 3 = Nov 2 series 4 = Dec 14
madden 20: Release: Aug 2 series 2 = Sept 20 series 3 = Nov 1 series 4 = Dec 13
madden 21: Release: Aug 28 series 2 = Sept 25
It looks like they want to keep the same series schedule as previous years, despite the game being released later.

Great news to me! I hate being max level. Takes some of the fun away and I’m still only at 47.
Looks like this was originally where they planned on series 2 dropping before the launch got delayed. Im thinking they are trying to get back on schedule by shortening series 1.
Its funny because they lied on stream and said each series is 60 days. Luckily I got my 200th win yesterday !
They actually lie a lot on stream. I think it’s a game they like to play to see if we are listening or not
EA knows most will quickly forget how disastrous this madden has been since launch just by dropping some content.
Seems fast to me. The game wasn't officially released until Aug 28th. I had Early Access, and still haven't got my 200 H2H wins (currently 30 short), and I play quite a bit. Was hoping we would still have another 1-2 weeks of series 1. Oh well! Felt like series last year would be at least 1.5 months long.
