Any one banned recently re gain access to their account ?

Title* Just got banned this morning for posting a card high and having my son buy it for me. Called ea they say the ban hit this morning ( that was fast) said they don't see why it was banned besides violation of tos. Told me to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a response. SMFH

• edited for context. Son quit mut. Had 2 million on his account. I posted a card on my ps4 for the amount and he paid on his ps4. Different consoles. Never had more than one account, never farmed. So even if I did break the rules ONE time by posting this card, why not ban for a week? My system says permanent. Meanwhile he is still able to access his. Along with the Madden streamers who advertise coin selling lmao
