Same. Ps4. I was logged in bought 500 points but couldn't purchase the pack. Closed App thinking that would work and now I can't get back in. Laughable.

Is the only work around on PS5 to close app??

On Xbox clear you reserve Space and it will.Might have to do it each time you log off but its suppose to work
