I use second wind on my #1 and #2 reciever. It’s absolutely incredible. I can get my best recievers at full stamina at any point of the game by shuffling through my shotgun sets and using up most of the play clock
For those long and drawn out pass plays where people have too much time outside the pocket, the no huddle cheese, the ability has helped me tremendously on defense but to each their own.

Personally, i think it’s overrated. You can regain stamina in between plays by just shuffling through the formations. Not worth using an ability point to me.
Noticed this ability has made a huuuuge impact on cards I user with on defense such as Shazier & Mays since I sprint quite a bit lol. I also used it on Vick which seemed to reduce his stamina x2 when scrambling or escaping pressure. It's bailed me out in every game on both sides. Just thought I'd share. Don't overlook this ability.
