(FYI) ALL Blitz players can be fully powered up right now!
Just checked my Josh Jacobs power up and sure enough hes fully upgradable. Slapped my 92 pass on just to try him out man he is SOLID!!!! So you can get a head start on the players you might want to target later in the promo, if they have powerups of course!
