Is anyone else having major lag on PS4 WL?

I was in a game and I had no lag but then I got a notification saying “ps4 servers are currently undergoing maintenance” and started lagging a bunch after that

I couldn’t make any adjustments. It was so slow. Restarted the game and now I am getting “ connection failed”.
