Pretty sure I just got hit with an EA ban

Well, tried to get on the companion app today and it says my account has been denied access to this feature. Checked their website and it says this means it’s a ban. I’ve never bought coins, sold coins, created a farm account, cheated online or anything and my ea account says it has no cases against me. It looks like I might have been banned but the fact that their is no case history confuses me. Has anyone experienced a similar situation
