Question about MVP Holiday Edition Purchase
Was in a similar situation and I bought the holiday edition as well. I got the packs but not the points or the 5$ card
I got all 0 of the products. Went through microsoft and was told to get a refund. I’ll either refund the product, do a full delete of the game off my hard drive and restart, or just go on ahead and just purchase the standard edition.
Huh that’s really wierd. Wonder if it’s on ea’s end or Microsoft’s.
This will be very long to explain everything so please stick around.
I game shared with a friend who had previously purchased Madden 21. When I bought my series X, I lost my gamesharing ability with him, therefore, I lost my ability to play Madden 21. When I noticed, I went to the Microsoft store and purchased the MVP Holliday Edition because it is actually a pretty decent deal. The only issue is, now I cant get the packs and I might as well have just got the standard edition. Does anyone know the course of action I should take to find the missing add ons?
