Best options for UL Power Ups? (from a MUT newbie)

I'm a new member to the site and also new to MUT which I just started playing a week ago. I've played Madden for several years, but never used MUT because I don't tend to like playing head to head online, but since I found out about solos, I'm addicted. My team is already up to 87 OVR, but I know I've made some mistakes. I'd like to avoid them in the future.
So what's the best use of these UL Power Ups? Are they worth upgrading them all the way, are they better used for elite tokens or should I just up them up for auction? I already have a few Heavyweights, a Veteran and a couple other 89-90s.
