So far we have had so many great legends cars with high OVR already from the legends and the 50 promos. Seems they have gone a bit crazy with the legends cards this year. Doesn't leave them with much room to manoeuvre with the release of Ultimate Legends. Unless we have a bunch of new legends coming into the game. You would think that Barry, LT, Deion, Vick and Moss should get 99 OVR cards. So i suspect a lot of the lower OVR players from the 50 promo will have UL cards inbound when it drops.
