150ish solos, 25 daily objectives, 20 wins over 95 or something and one other thing. Nothing to do with it.

They probably made it where you need that to get him to a 97 and the collectible from the new list gets him up to 99.  I hope not because I still need to grind out some more online wins to get that, but that would make a lot more sense than that collectible just being useless.

It exchanged for a Golden Ticket player last year.

I don't think I heard any mention of it or saw any use for it in making him 99...did they just forget about it and its useless now?

EDIT: Requirements are level 80, 150 not play a friend wins, 20 wins at 95 OVR, and 25 daily objective lists completed.
