New Power Ups Secondary position issues?

Just powered up my Corey Moore and he had LE. But went to do Lawyer Milloy and he lost the ability to go to FS. Anyone else have this issue?

Holy crap I completely forget to pick up milloys power up and now he finally will reach 90 man. Though him not having FS secondary is a bummer but I’m sure it’s just a mistake. Though it will still probably take them way too long to fix

I stand corrected I could have swore he was at 89 before the power up but I guess I misremembered. With chems obviously

After buying him can also confirm he doesn’t have FS secondary position
