Roy Williams SS

I am trying to decide how to upgrade ... Should i buy Roy Williams SS and upgrade to 96 with Power Up? I have Adams but he plays inside as LB most of time and 93 Polamalu right now plays SS or wait for Polamalu upgrade?

Roy has been fun to use. If you have him on a theme team he's even better. He's made plays for me no matter what
