These are all the symptoms of a ban. I've seen several threads with these similar circumstances - EA says no ban, you have no access to MUT, etc.
Very likely a ban.
Try Restoring the game license in your settings this will reset the game, if it has nothing to do with the EA the game could just need a refresh, also don’t worry about resetting the game MUT is an online feature it won’t be affected

Ive had an issue before when trying to go into UT or connecting to EA results in not loading my character and a constant loop. Usually I will kill the app or restart my console and this fixes it.
Sorry for second post, I can no longer access madden ultimate team on my account. The kids accounts still work perfectly. I’ve received no emails. I chatted with Ea help they told me they don’t see any sanctions bans or suspensions. They informed my account looks “perfect” and there is no suspicious activity on the account. I should not be having any issues logging into MUT. If I knew how to provide a screen shot I would’ve done so. I mean all I’m looking for is information on what is going on
