If you notice in the description it tells you it doesn’t cost a pass rush point, so it helps preserve pass rush points for rushing the passer only and you don’t waste them on run sheds.

Don't feel like it does anything at all. I had 3 AP left and spread them for 3 run stoppers but my D-line is still ass against the run like every game
