Cards with power up icon but player doesn’t have a power up card

I’ve noticed the 93 tyrod Taylor card has a power up icon on it like it could be used for their power up but he doesn’t even have a power up card as far as I know. Has anyone noticed this with other cards? I’m assuming I’m just a newbie and don’t understand but just curious if anyone knows what that’s about
