Beta logic ea fail
#1 might be good for them to keep them out of the game, would love to see less bs penalties (not playing the beta, so no idea if penalties are still being called). Cant tell you how many times I've gotten illegal touching while trying to get in front of a receiver and barely touch his arm, but can use L1 when playing man and you can basically hold up a receiver and nothing gets called.
Penalties still get called, the just don't have any physical referee NPCs on the field
They will put refs back in the game in a year or three and then say "this is Madden like you've never seen before" as they introduce refs on the field as the key upgrade.
I tried one game and after 2 possessions I quit and deleted the beta. Too bad I can't give it to someone else once it's redeemed.
It’s pretty much exactly as 21 unbelievable even the menu screen formats are identical. Like what did they do different
It's seriously copy and paste minus the momentum meter and a few presentation tweeks (score overlay, Super Bowl presentation, presnap routes/coverage assignments, and popup graphics throughout the game). Outside of those things, it's 100% the same game. It's time for new announcers, new post play cutscenes with players/coaches/fans, new celebrations, new menus, etc. This is 100% recycled content. I won't be shocked if in the MUT H2H menu it flashes the graphic from MUT 20 (Beckham and Landry) or MUT 21 (titans) before the real MUT 22 picture populates.

Im playing h2h online just getting a feel for the new gameplay. Btw next gen running does feel smoother and also if a qb is about to get sacked they dont just throw the ball away. 2 things about this beta annoys me
No refs still like cmon ea how hard is it to get refs on the field.
Unlimited pause time, you get 1 pause but theres no timer on the pause so you can sit there all day until somebody quits.
