I personally like the idea of certain players only being able to get 98 speed with a theme team. It creates a slight advantage for fans of that team who want to use their favorite player and might encourage a little bit of variety in lineups.
You guys think Alstott will be better than Strong as a blocker?

I agree. EA messed up. Less than two months to M22. And they are releasing PU expansions, 3-5 of them per week. These shouldve been released a long time ago. Hell, even the new UL 99s aren't worth it. There are literally zero new cards coming that anyone cares about anymore. All of this stuff should've been released months ago
Another data point that they had these cards planned out at launch. It seems unlikely that the expansions will go to players that had good seasons this year, but rather established names from the year before. I could see Marcus Peters, Richard Sherman, or Tre'Davius White getting in on this. Personally, I'd like to see the Black History Month cards get upgrades and think this is the way to do it.
Hines Ward PLZZZ Pouncey, decastro, TJ watt, cam heyward, stephon tuitt, mean joe, wish D Bush didnt get hurt his 88 card makes me sad. Those are the only stillers I can think left

Who gives a fack about 96 speed. Without TT it’s 98, 1 less than 99. Suck it up or get off the game
People who have stat OCD like me, lol, doesnt matter though, not like I need any of these cards anyway, mostly for TTs, so they'll have 99 either way.
The 96 speed is just comical at this point. I get Thomas, but CMC? Bruh.

Idk Madden makes him so underrated. I mean hes not like Derrick Henry but man can break tackles. In my non-bias opinion should be at least 94+
